monster cookies

1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1/4 t. vanilla
1/2 t light karo syrup
1 jar creamy peanut butter

add these and mix well
add the following to the mixture

4 c. oatmeal (not instant)
1 pkg. m & m's
6 oz. pkg chocolate chips
1/4 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt

mix well. spray cookie sheet. make balls using an ice cream scoop. give enough room for the cookies to grow.

bake @ 350 for 12 min
(take them out before you think they are ready and let them set)

makes: 2-4 dozen

i'm guessing that spring has something to do with my new love for

white ceramics

i love how clean and fresh they look.

i have a white scalloped bowl that i got at {pier 1} that is currently on my dining room table.

{michael's} also has some white pitchers that are very reasonably priced.

these pretty pieces can be found at {lama}. one of my new favorite places to explore. theirs are a bit pricier, but worth it for that pretty bowl!

these pieces give you a blank canvas to work with. you can fill them up with lemons, limes, oranges, strawberries, flowers...you name it.

another blog

i haven't blogged for weeks, so what do i do?

create a new blog.

i have been trying to sort through files and pictures on my computer hoping to free up space...of course for more files and pictures.

i would love to print off all of these pictures and create some very large inspiration board, but it is a lot of pictures and that would just take too long.

since domino has shut it's doors i have to find a different outlet for my love of decorating and parties!!
